DAMAGED SHIPMENTS

If you’ve found damage during your inspection, all damage and defects MUST be noted on all copies of the BOL and Delivery Receipt. This is necessary for us to file a claim with the carrier and to assist you with a return or replacement.

If for any reason the driver rushes you, you must write “subject to inspection” next to your signature on the Delivery receipt and BOL. NTP must be notified within 1 business day of the delivery to process a claim.

If you see obvious damage to your ordered shipping box or packaging, please ask the driver to open the boxes and inspect the contents with you. If you find damage write, “Damaged on Delivery” on the BOL and/or the Delivery Receipt.

We highly recommend you accept delivery even if packaging shows slight damage, as the product may be intact.

Keep a copy of the BOL and delivery receipt with your notes regarding any damages and contact NTP

FREE SHIPPING POLICY

For small products $1500 mixed

Lights, Light accessories, Small Interior accessories, Small exterior accessories

For large products $3500

Bumpers, Tool boxes, Seats, Visors, Mud flap hangers, Center pieces, Sleeper kits, Sun visors

Otherwise, shipping fees will be paid by the customer, available only in the United States of America

We do accept checks, ACH, wire transfers, Visa, and Mastercard. Please note that NTP currently doesn’t allow online invoice payment.

Our Business Customers cannot edit sales orders or quotes on our website. Cancellation of orders must be submitted via email (ntpwhs@nationaltruckparts.com)  within 24 hours of order placement. If the order has already shipped, it is the customer’s responsibility to return the order at the customer’s own expense.

Please, consider the fact that, if we made a mistake on your order, we will take full responsibility to correct it. Please contact us if an event of this type occurs. All products sold by NATIONAL TRUCK PARTS are high quality, brand, and come with factory warranties. Please verify all items upon receipt.
If the items are damaged, please report it to us immediately, and we will take full responsibility for its replacement. We ask you to send back the items to us, please note that you have 30 days to do, and that is only valid if the item is new and not used. NATIONAL TRUCK PARTS reserves the right to charge a restocking fee of 20% to any change, at our discretion.
